To ensure a smooth experience, please review our Return and Refund Policy. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. They must also be in the original packaging. Please note, certain items such as perishable goods and personalized products cannot be returned. Requesting a Return If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Processing Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
